After sending my Wife to Lydell, it was my turn. After trying to do and re-do a tire balance (turned out to be defective), Mark got it to a point where the vibration was minimal. He even called the tire vendor for me. Lookit, Lydell is simply the best: great customer service, great workmanship, fair price...very willing to accommodate a busy schedule and free wifi ...what more could you ask for ?
