What we love about Lydell Motors is knowing that our vehicle is treated as if it is owned by Lydell Motors. The smallest details are never overlooked. Mark spends the time to review the work order to be sure to meet your expectations and always calls to review any issue discovered during servicing to address proper vehicle maintenance. When you pick up your car, he will spend as much time as required to be sure you are comfortable with the work performed. He is patient with describing what was a problem and why it was fixed. He offers great advice of what is a priority maintenance if you are on a budget. We trust the work performed by Lydell Motors and enjoy the great service offered by the Lydell Motors team.

Lydell Motors provided terrific service for my 2011 BMW 328i. This older car was in need of an oil change and a once over. The Lydell team offered drop off service despite the COVID restrictions, serviced the car and alerted me to other potential repairs. I appreciated the fact that Jim ran the list of items in need of work and gladly helped me prioritize as I try to decide whether to keep the car or replace. They even noticed a small tack in a tire and plugged it for me....terrific service Lydell!

I needed a new mechanic to work on my Saabs, which isn’t easy to find when they’re no longer manufactured. I went to meet Mark Lydell before sending the car to him. I was impressed by the knowledgeable staff and also their interest in working on it. I was unaware of just how much repair it needed when I heard the estimate-yikes-but when it was done I felt like I had a brand new car that I could trust, that was very thoroughly gone through and safe. You get what you pay for and this was worth every penny. I got a whole lot in return, and peace of mind is priceless. I will be returning there with my other two Saabs when I need them repaired and even taking another vintage car in for its return to the road. Mark is a generous and kind man with a very calm demeanor and that’s especially comforting when it comes to my cars.

Customer service was excellent on all levels. The employees were kind and respectful. They answered questions and took time to explain the work that was done and what they found that may need attention in the future. The public space including the waiting area and bathroom were spotless! Overall a pleasant experience. I will return to have them care for my car again.
