Mark was phenomenal! He was very professional, courteous, helpful and honest. I really appreciated his great customer service skills. I will definitely go back when needed. Had just bought new tires and had them mounted via tire rack, drove the car and had an awful shake. Reached out to Mark and his team and they were able to get me in, diag my issue and get me going again without worrying. If you find a great, local, mom n pop shop , you hold on to them tightly!!!! Thank you Mark and John for getting it right!

Was looking for a local shop that did Hunter Roadforce balancing and found Lydall via the TireRack website as an authorized installer. I had just had 4 new tires done via TireRack Mobile and was still experiencing a shake in the chassis and steering wheel. Hoping that roadforce balancing would help, I reached out on a Monday morning and spoke with Mark. He was able to get me in the next day and I dropped my car off monday night. I received a call early on Tuesday with the good and bad news. Bad news, 2 wheels had slight bends, there was no way they'd balance. Good news, they were able to fix both wheels, RF balance all 4 wheels and get me back in business. This saved my ongoing stress of new, unbalanced tires but also not having to buy 2 new wheels. Upon pick up I was able to meet Mark and (John?) who did the work on my car. Once you find a solid, local "mom n pop" shop, you hold onto them as long as you can!!! Thanks guy, the car rides great and I just have to do a better job dodging potholes on our terrible roads!
