We are from Vermont and our family was looking for “non-dealer” Volvo specialist/automotive servicing center close to North Haven, CT to establish regular service for our daughter’s 2012 Volvo while she is attending graduate school. We found LYDELL MOTORS, LTD and feel very fortunate. Mark and his technicians did a very professional thorough initial assessment and servicing of her vehicle. He got the vehicle in for service quickly. He used OEM Volvo fluids and parts. He performed a on board diagnostic scan that alerted him/us to a “code” and a potential significant problem. He articulately explained the problem. He came up with an intelligent temporary solution that now can be monitored and addressed definitively during future visits. We are genuinely impressed and we recommend LYDELL MOTORS. Also, part of the reason we chose LYDELL MOTORS is because it’s been a family business for 2 generations. Our family has found multi-generational car mechanics to be extremely knowledgeable and highly competent/skilled.
